    My AC died at the absolute worst time (as they do) and I received quotes from 3 different companies. This company sent me all the details including the models they would install and arranged for after hours installation because it was 90 degrees out, I was having trouble doing my job because my office was so hot and my kids were miserable. They were super responsive to all my questions, very polite and considerate of my home. Duct Professor is my hero right now and I will absolutely hire them again for maintenance and any future replacements (I have some other aged appliances I expect will die in the next few years.) I'm saving the number in my phone!

    I called Duct Professor for a quote since our HVAC system was 20 years old and was not functioning properly. The owner scheduled an appointment with me via email and arrived on time. He thoroughly inspected both the A/C unit and furnace and advised to replace both. After discussing and explaining the types of units and payment options, we decided to proceed with the installation of the new units.
    A team of 3 people arrived the following week on time and completed the removal and the installation of the units that we selected. After installation finished, the service leader explained us how the units function, recommended maintenance and what needs to be monitored.
    Overall, excellent service and professional company. The team delivered a very high standard service with high quality products.

    Duct Professor Heating & Cooling solved a big problem for me. Another company had recently installed a new HVAC system that was wholly inadequate in temperatures over 80° -- and on really hot days, interior temperatures reached or exceeded 80° in our Chicago apartment. I originally contacted Duct Professor for a 2nd opinion and was pleased with their highly analytical approach. I subsequently had them rip out my existing system and upgrade to their standards. Problem solved. Smart, friendly folks.
